Long awaited Disney +

Disney+ has finally been released in the UK. Are you ready to get your Disney on?? I know I am.

Now I won’t lie to begin with when Hubby said that Disney was bringing out its own service like Netflix I was very much on the lines of do really we need another one no; we already have Netflix and Sky so why would we need Disney + as well!

The UK has been waiting a while longer than other places for Disney+ to be released. But as they say only good things come to those who wait!

Price wise, Disney+ offered an early deal if you wanted it we slightly earlier for £49.99 for the year, but standard current running price is £59.99 per year or £5.99 per month.

Your able to have four profiles on one membership, so you could even see if a friend or family member wants to split the costs if you wanted to share an account. Personally, hubby and I have one profileeach and then given one to my mum and have a spare.

First Impressions

First glance the homepage is very much set up like Netflix. So It’s pretty easy to navigate your way around, finding any Film, Series or programme you want to watch.

Like most search tabs Disney have made it super easy to click, type and search. With Disney owning a lot of different brands like Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Pixar. Disney have designed it so you can click on each named box I.e Marvel say and every movie/programme or cartoon comes up for you pick from. Layout wise it’s neat and beautifully designed.

A great feature I love is the Watchlist, so you can add all your favourites or want to watch to one place easy to find less searching more watching!!

Some certain series you might find your unable to binge watch in full, You get a new episode per week instead of getting to watch the whole show at once. Just means more time with Disney; Oh. Well..
