Being a wheelchair user due to having muscular dystrophy a Progressive muscle wasting condition It’s hard to find a comfy outfit that works well for comfort as well as looking good especially when you spend most of your days sitting in a wheelchair, with routines thrown into disarray over the past few month trying to keep to a routine and not let those PJ’s turn into your daily outfit choice.
If I’m honest loungewear is probably my first go to for comfort. Loungewear has definitely evolved from just being something you miss mash and throw on to lounge around in to becoming a trend in its own right. So, if you once thought loungewear was pajamas and dressing gowns, then you’re very much mistaken!
If you haven’t heard of Femme Luxe before, they offer affordable fashion online for women having loyal Instagram following and presence for online fashion.
As I have more opportunity to wear their loungewear right now as to out-out clothes I was like an excitable Adult seeing Disney for the first time looking at Femme Luxe Finery loungewear collection.
So, starting from their white loungewear collection.
‘White Oversized T-Shirt & Leggings Loungewear Set’
I love love an oversized t-shirt it works so well for me gives me enough moment in my wheelchair without limiting what movement I do have and is comfy, the leggings are just perfect for keeping me in the right seating position. All whilst making you feel a bit more ‘put together’ when just lounging. Plus you can’t go wrong with a crisp white outfit. (Other colours are available)

‘Grey Ribbed Belted Loungewear Set’
Grey I think is great for just about every occasion (but other colour are available If Grey is not quite your colour) whether it’s wheeling around my living room or when I’m eventually allowed out the door! So it’s a great all round outfit to add to my wardrobe.
It’s a heavier material than I’m use to but still work relatively well comfort wise enough room to move around keeping me firmly in my seat as I’m whizzing around my house.
